One photo of your face is enough for Spark to show you older or younger in a short video. If you want the two of you in one hug, try hugging your younger self.
What you need
- An iPhone with Rift.
- One clear photo of your face, looking at the camera, in good light.
- An age: 8, 25, 60 or 90.
Step by step
- Add your photo. Open Spark and pick the photo, or add yourself as a character.
- Say the age and the moment. For example, “me at 80, laughing on a porch.”
- Check the Draft. Ask for a change, like a different hairstyle or a different place.
- Make. Tap Make. The price is shown on the Make button before you tap.
- Open your Library and watch it, or send it to someone who will laugh.
Lines to try with Spark
- “Me at 80, white hair, laughing on a porch swing.”
- “Me at 8, in a school jumper, waving at the camera.”
- “My dog at 18, grey muzzle, asleep in the sun.”
- “Me at 50 next to my old car, polishing the bonnet.”
- “My shop at 30 years old, same street, painted sign.”
Tips
- Use a plain photo. No hats or sunglasses, so Spark can see your face.
- Name one age. A single clear number beats a range.
- Keep the look yours. Say if you want your own glasses or beard.
- Treat it as play. It is a guess, so enjoy the surprise.
