Short answer

Save your video from the Rift Library to your camera roll or share it straight to the app. In TikTok, start a post with the video and tap Add sound to pick the trend's sound. On Instagram Reels, add the video and pick the audio. On YouTube Shorts, tap Sound. Using the official sound puts your video on the trend's page.

Save the video from Rift, start a post in the app you use, and add the trend’s official sound there. To make the video first, see how to remake any trend with you in it.

Tips

Questions people ask

Why doesn't Rift add the sound?

Sound isn't in the app yet. Adding it where you post also means you use the licensed, official sound.

How do I find the exact sound?

On the original video, tap the sound name and save it, or choose Use this sound from there.

Does the timing match?

Rift keeps the original's timing, so trim the sound to start where the original did.

Can I post to several apps?

Yes. What you make is yours to post anywhere.
