Photograph the toy, say what it does and where, and Spark makes a short video of up to 15 seconds. The teddy can wake up and wave, or the plush dinosaur can explore the garden.
What you need
- An iPhone with Rift.
- A clear photo of the toy, in daylight, the whole toy in frame.
Step by step
- Photograph the toy at its eye level on a plain surface.
- Add it in Rift and say what happens and where.
- Choose the look: stays a toy, or becomes real.
- Check the Draft and tap Make.
- Save the toy as a character to make more adventures.
Lines to try with Spark
- “The teddy bear wakes up on the bed, stretches and waves at the camera.”
- “The plush dinosaur explores the garden like a jungle, low camera.”
- “The knitted bunny rides a toy train across the kitchen floor.”
- “This handmade doll turns into a real tiny person and curtsies.”
- “My clay figure walks across my desk at night, lamp light.”
Tips
- Shoot from the toy’s height. It makes the toy feel big.
- One action. Wave, walk, jump, dance.
- Real places in the house (the stairs, the bath, the garden) make it feel like a secret life.
