Add a few of your best trip photos and tell Spark the trailer feel. Rift makes one slow, confident teaser shot of up to 15 seconds of where you are going.
What you need
- An iPhone with Rift.
- Two to four photos: the place, you, and anyone coming with you.
- A mood: epic, romantic, a little mysterious.
Step by step
- Add your photos in Rift.
- Tell Spark the mood and the one thing the camera should do.
- Check the Draft and tap Make.
- Find it in your Library and use it as the opening of your trip post.
Lines to try with Spark
- “Slow aerial reveal of a white village on a cliff at dawn, me walking into frame with a backpack.”
- “Two friends stand on a mountain ridge as clouds roll below, wind in their jackets.”
- “A narrow Tokyo street at night, neon rain, I look up and turn to camera.”
- “My dog in the car window as the coast road opens up ahead.”
- “A bag on a hotel bed, the curtains open onto the sea.”
Tips
- One move. A slow push or a rise, not three things at once.
- Golden hour or night with lights looks the most like a film.
- End on a face. The last frame should feel like an arrival.
