Add a photo of yourself and name a place and a light, like a quiet beach at sunset. Spark keeps you and the pose and rebuilds the setting, so you can see yourself on the beach you will visit next year.
What you need
- An iPhone with Rift.
- A clear, well-lit photo of you, ideally full or half length.
- The place and the time of day.
Step by step
- Add your photo to Rift.
- Tell Spark the place and the light.
- Check the Draft. Ask for up to 4 versions. The price is on the Make button.
- Tap Make, pick the one that looks best and save it to Library.
- Optional. Tap Turn into a video for a gentle movement.
Lines to try with Spark
- “Put me on a quiet beach at sunset, keep my pose and my outfit.”
- “Me on a Paris street in the morning, wearing a long coat.”
- “Me at a mountain lake, soft morning mist, hiking gear.”
- “Me on a rooftop in Tokyo at night, neon signs behind.”
- “Me and my dog on a Greek island, white walls and blue doors.”
Tips
- Match the light. A sunny photo suits a sunny place. A night shot of a bright beach can look off.
- Match the outfit to the place. A coat on a beach looks wrong unless it is a joke.
- Be open about it. Write that it is edited. It keeps the joke fun and the trust intact.
- Start from your own pose. Standing straight with arms visible gives Spark the most to work with.
