Add one photo of your dog and describe the ride, like skateboarding down a sunny street. You get a video of up to 15 seconds, with no training and no scraped knees.
What you need
- An iPhone with Rift.
- One clear photo of your dog, face to camera, ideally standing.
- A ride: skateboard, surfboard, scooter.
- A place: a sunny street, a skatepark, a beach.
Step by step
- Tell Spark the ride. Name the dog, the board and the place.
- Add the photo. Pick it from your camera roll.
- Check the Draft. Reply to change the speed, the wave or the street.
- Make. Tap Make and wait for Spark to tell you it is ready.
- Try another ride. Swap the board and Make again.
Lines to try with Spark
- “My bulldog on a skateboard, rolling down a sunny street, tongue out.”
- “My border collie surfing a small wave at sunset.”
- “My dachshund on a scooter in a skatepark, ears flapping.”
- “My husky on a snowboard going down a gentle slope.”
- “My dog and my cat riding one skateboard together, cat in front.”
Tips for a ride that looks right
- Say the speed. Slow roll or fast carve.
- Name the ground. Pavement, sand or snow change the look.
- Keep the photo clear. Show the whole dog, if possible.
- One trick. Roll, turn or jump, not all three.
- Add friends. A second animal on the board raises the humour.
